Talon’s Talon
The Falcons’ coaching staff has added some more pop to the lineup with the acquisition of outfielder Talon Tucker from Grossmont College in California. It seems like it would be fate that a player named Talon would join the Falcons’ talons this summer as he gets his first experience in the West Coast League.
Currently a sophomore, Tucker is hitting .243 with two home runs and 20 RBIs through 20 games this season. He’s added two doubles, 13 runs scored and five stolen bases showing off his complete skillset.
The San Diego native hit .264 in his freshman season, clubbing three homers and 21 RBIs.
The coaching staff is excited for Tucker to get to Kelowna and show off his talents when the season opens on May 29, with the Bellingham Bells in town at Elks Stadium.
Season tickets for the 2026 summer are available now as well as billet opportunities to create everlasting memories. Billeting can be a beneficial experience for both players and host families. For billet families, it means opening up their homes to aspiring baseball players, giving them an opportunity to share experiences within the billet family unit. For the player, it’s a chance to share different cultural and social experiences while developing their skills. To learn more, contact the Falcons billet coordinator Karen Nonis at 250-717-6870.
